Bad signal from dstv internet

App**** for dstv internet and the agent on the phone did the test and said I had signal at my house. I received the router but signal goes from 2 mb/s to absolutely nothing. I cannot get hold of dstv on the phone and nobody answers my emails. I do not want this package anymore as it is not what I was promised.
