BAD SERVIVE

I have order a priccelock deal and just to find out that the courier that does the deliveries for DSTV have delivered my explorer at the wrong address no their is no feedback on when I will receive my new decoder and they only repsonse that I'm getting is they wil sort it out and call me back , this is really bad and at this stage I must sit and wait for them to decide to when they want to assist me
