Bad Servicing
Words can not express how disappointed I'm with bad service I got from Mutichoice. I have relocated to Soweto from begging of July 2015 to date I'm still experiencing very bad connect with my explore. I wasted my money to call Multichoice call centre multiple times because they could not help me. Can Multichoice fix my connection problem.

It is with regret that we learn of your unpleasant experience in dealing with MultiChoice and the level of service you experienced in this regard.
Reference is made to our telephonic conversation in regards to your technical problem .You advised that you missing channels and your signal quality is low. I phoned the installer to come back to your house to correct the installation.
Installer agreed and advised that you should give him a call and set up the appointment to and you agreed.
