BAD SERVICES FROM DSTV (MultiChoice)

Hello,

This is the service that DSTV is offering us, i called DSTV to reconnect my account ***3, i was told to pay R500 then there was an amount of R55 that i needed to pay on top of that i did, all that happend on the 7th of August 2019 then my account was not active at that moment then i get connected on the 11/12 of August 2019, i logged a complain they never got back to me :-( (I have proof of payment to this!!) 2nd this month my subscription is R399 (my subscription is now off) an i have to pay R554 again and they cant explain it what is for.... I PAY FULL Subscription for 15 day (0_0) while other get 30 days subscription
