Bad services from dstv call center

Dstv is a big waster of time im on the phone for an hour and have been given the run around no one can help me with my query and on top of that they keep charging me recognition fees. Not pne supervisor is available to take a call of an upset client they take ur money fast but can slove a problem or down garde us they want money to upgrade a servies that i never had or viwed for the month of september they are the biggest the thives.
