Bad Services 😡😡😡

Last month I went to Dstv Benoni to return my decoder as it has a ******* hard driver it constantly restarts itself it doesn't record anymore nor rewind pause and all the services that it supposed to come with when I went there I was told that they don't have stock I must come back in March nlso I went to springs when I got there same story I was not assisted ,now today I went again to spring I was told they don't have strong I must come Back before month end or month end I then went to Benoni I was also told they don't have stock j must go to Edenvale I said no I'm not gonna drive the whole gauteng looking for services why am I paying for it vhele now I'm supposed to pay for services that I'm not getting I dnt even watch TV in peace and I'm expected to pay this month if I don't they will charge me penalties can someone explain where I should go for help this is not fair really
