Bad services and billing

I had a Explora PVR installed in my house and the next day had an error code displayed on my screen. I then took my decoders to multichoice and was told the my secondary decoder was faulty and had to purchase a new decoder, which i did. The consultant calibrated both decoders and assured me that everything is in order, only to get home and find this was not the case. this problem took approximately 2weeks to get resolved and was not 100% as i could not pick up an additional package that i asked for, which is still not yet resolved. the second problem is with regards to my billing, for the last 2months i have been incorrectly billed and upon discussions with multichoice representatives, they assure my that my billing is resolved only to find out that this s not the case. Mulitichoice continues to bill me for an amount of approximately R2000, with i should be billed for much much less. This error in calculation boils down to the matter of the incorrect packages that multichice has not yet resolved. in addition to my frustration, i was promised a return phone calling last week Tuesday and have not received any form of feedback from multichoice.
