Bad services

I made a worse mistake of my life thinking DSTV wifi are better than other only to find out their services is worst 🙄I only have 2 months with them but already bored I have paid my wifi a little bit late 3/4 days late if I'm not mistaken until today they haven't load my data I have being calling & calling them they just give me a run around the other lady told me it will take 24 hrs to load since I paid late and I did wait, it passed...

I called them again, the other told me to wait 48 hrs and I wait mind you I'm working from home using wifi 😔Well I did patiently wait it passed I called again the lady told me they updating my profile 😅 it will take 48 hrs 😭😂😭😂😭😭😭😭and no 1 bored to tell me I am the 1 who made a means to call, my customer number is ***0
