multichoice have an very bad service from there agents shame. I don"t even know where to begin with the agents please train your agents with your production because we are told different things every minute. i called on the 30/09/19 spoke to Thabiso asking how much do i owe was told R510 but when have to get the re connection was told to pay R92 is overdue. than when you call you told different information even Team leaders drop the calls when enquirer with them.
