Bad services

I called to change my debit order date , i was not told i needed to pay an amount , now my services are disconnected, i called to find out i spoke to Thobeka Zulu who failed to assist me she than put me on hold without telling anything, she came back and told me her manager Thobeza Zulu , who refused to talk to me and told her my services will not be reconnected..
