Bad Services

I paid my account with Pick and pay as usual , the amount I pay is always R743, the following day my account was disconnected , I called the call center they told me I did not make any payment , after 3 days I contacted the call center they told me my account was outstanding , I need to make a payment of R228, I did the payment , after 2 days my account was disconnected again , I called dstv they said you still owe us but we will contact you and find out what is going on , after 2 days I was disconnected , I called again , I was connected and they stopped my PVR service , I am tired calling them the all time and I want to stop using their services this month .
