BAD SERVICES
Sometime I don't understand people,how can u damage something that you bought with your money, and after this years how was I going to know that a warranty stick must always be there and when wiping the decoder that sticker wipe off. I am from one your agent and they told me that I physically damage the decoder. Why would I damage the decoder while I work at the electronic company and know procedures and again I even I even showed that guy at the show that I didn't try to open the decoder but I guest in this world u just pay for something that you will never get(money in the drain).

We would like to sincerely apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
It is with regret that we have to confirm that the stickers on the equipment are there for a reason, MultiChoice policy clearly states on the sticker do not remove or wash off sticker for warranty purposes.
MultiChoice cannot accept or return equipment without warranty information. As you mentioned you work for an electronic company who also have policies in place.
