Bad service/incorrectly billed
Right now I’m very annoyed I spoke to two people from your office regarding my account I’m being billed for Netflix that I don’t have and I’ve never subscribed for I phoned multi choice twice two ladies I spoke to just transferred me to the IVR without resolving my query
Makhosi girl that I spoke to last I don’t know whether she was drunk or what everything she was saying it was not making sense you could hear that I don’t care attitude over the phone
All I ask for is re instate my account and remove Netflix that I don’t have and I repeat I don’t want that Netflix on my account Secondly I paid for my DSTV subscriptions but she still telling me I have paid but I paid on Sunday You can listen to the call I had with Makhosi shame she’s only there to get paid that’s all
I want this query resolved ASAP
