Bad service yet again

Yet again shoddy service. 3 rd time in a row my pvr functionality is not working. This despite the fact that I was promised that I wouldn't have this issue again. I was also promised at 11 am this morning that they would continously be keeping me updated. Needless to say no one has bothered to call back. This after being a loyal customer for over 35 years. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic service
