Bad service wth *********** consultants!
I've never experienced such a bad service ever in my life before. My DSTV has been paid a week ago but it's not playing. The DSTV is giving a n E-30 error message! I made numerous calls to the call center but they can't assist. They giving so much excuses! if it's not them being offline it's the next. consultant don't know what they are doing, don't understand how does one run a call center with such incompetence consultants. I tried to clear the error over the web and the web itself is giving an error, really !!!! and the WhatsApp even. I have paid my dstv a week ago and to date it's not playing! Really ? Really is this what we paying for???
