Bad service with Multichoice.

I have a problem with Multichoice( DSTV)

They gave us 3 months discount then they send an sms saying we must pay certain amount now they telling us we downgraded to upgrade we must pay extra for them to upgrade our package. Which the mixed-up wasn't our problem but theirs.

And we are tired of watching same movies, documents, dramas everything is repeated and we are paying a lot of money to be entertained.

Multichoice must up their game and satisfy us as customers.
