Bad Service VERY BAD

I Took a DPP contract with Mutlichoice for R899 and they supp**** me with the one for R549 which I didn't want and called them once it was installed on the 25/12/15 was advised to call the DPP department and they were closed, so called them on the 28/12/15 was advised matter shall be escalated. I called them again on the 31/12/15 was told it was escalated and they will send an email which someone will call me to fix it, called again on the 04/01/16 following up was advised still in process and had a refund to be paid back from my previous account and shall take 7-10 working days still waiting and funny enough my debits keeps going off on time but still no call. so went to the offices in Randburg on the 16/01/15 was told the DPP people don't work weekends but they will do it before end of the weekend, checked the date today its 20th January 2016 still no one has contacted me from Mutlichoice.
