Bad service, unfair treatment from installer, controller, field representative and the office agent...all of them are working for DSTV Multichoice

I bought a decoder on the 5th of May, called the number on the box. The decoder was installed on the 6th of May. As I was working that day my sister signed the form on my behalf. On the 24th the DSTV was disconnected, I then phoned Multichoice enquiring about the amount that I have to pay. The consultant asked for my ID number, to my suprise I was told that I don't have an account with Multichoice. The consultant then asked me for the serial number on the decoder, guess what the decoder was linked to my ex husband. Why? How? On the 25th I phoned the number that I got from the decoder box ***, the guy told me that he is a controller, he does not install. I provided him with all the info, on the 26th he gave me this number *** saying that the guy is a field representative ( Mzwakhe Mosia) he will be able to help me. On the 27th I called the representative who referred me to DSTV office at Three Rivers. He told me that I must ask the agent to call him for clarity. I drove to Three Rivres, assisted by a chubby lady, light in complexion with a coloured accent who told me that she can assist me she can assist me if I pay R200 "ke tla etsa boshekasheka me batla 2klipper" even R100 can do. I left the office then called Mzwakhe as he is the one who told me to go to Three Rivers, he requested to talk to the same consultant. After talking to Mzwakhe the consultant told me that I won't get assistance, head office will assist me. Why did I call head office? I called Mzwakhe again, he then told me that he will be at my place tomorrow around 11:00 o clock to fix my DSTV problem. On the 28th I received a call a guy who told me that his name is Mduduze he is in charger of Three Rivers DSTV multichoice. Five days down the line I had contact with 5 people working at DSTV, no solution. I have said my story over and over, referred from 1 person to the other. Drove from Sebokeng to Three Rivers only to be asked for R200 bribe, still no solution.
