bad service they just steel

3 months ago i was R370 in arrears and i went in at the dstv centre in centurion and paid up to date and the last 3 months i have been paying R790 R800 and R890 to stay ahead because i make payment any time from the 1 to the 7th of each month they just dissconected me again aparently im in areers but i have all payments and up to date payment 4 months ago so please is there a laywer so that i can sue them
