Bad service that I ever have
I make the manual payment of R490 on the 2009/2023 ,and I send the pop and they debited R246.40 it was reversed .again I make a manual payment of R290 on the 27/09/2023 also I send the pop.on the 1st of October they disconnect my DSTV .been calling since from 02 until today they put me on holding until my airtime disconnect .This is the bad service I have with dstv send the email no one assisting me my ID :***,Customer number ***2

07 Oct 2023, 08:07Yesterday I received a call from a agent ,he explain that he will transfer the funds from Mr account that I paid to and he give me the reference number that I should use .I take over the account because he passed away and send the letter of authority so that I can use that account and He said within two hours it will be resolved event today its not resolved ,Account is still suspended.
