Bad Service, ********, Simply do not have Customer Care

I cannot help myself, but had to write another review. After my last review I was contacted by a Sandile who was going to get back to me in just another hour, a week later, he still has not called, all my concerns and complaints are ignored. I agree with Martie, they call you and pretend that they cannot hear you, and eventually they will drop the call. I give up on DSTV Multichoice, I detest even speaking to any of them, since one has to repeat the whole story as though it was your first call. Do they not log anything, do they really not care about losing subscribers?
