Bad service/ ******** people

If i can give zero raiting i would dstv is the worst company ever. On the 5 of may i paid R470 few days later my service were disconnected when i ask them why my account is disconnected they say i upgraded to premium using self service. I have done no such thing. I. Have been told to pay R300 to be downgraded to family. Why should i pay for something i dont know. Dstv its a ****. I need you to reconnect my service and stop ******** people. When you ask for team leader they say they took your details and sent it to the team leader. Im still waiting for the call even today. Dstv south africa its a ****
