bad service/repairs
Woke up ds morning and my dstv had no signal, tried scanning and it wudnt scan. I called da call centre and after wasting R70 speaking to da consultant She still cudnt help I ran out of airtym nd askd da lady to call me back and she told me dat she cudnt! Y da hell not? I wasted my money calling for a mistake made by mutlichoice yet they cudnt spare 2mins callin me back... My tv is still not fixed! Multichoice is selfish!!!!

After doing trouble shooting on your decoder we establish that your decoder is not receiving signal. We advise that you have your decoder tested at your nearest MultiChoice agencies or branch.
