BAD SERVICE REF NUMBER 774197
<p>I've been querying my ITC black listing with Multi Choice for more than 4 months now and still not yet resolved. Being in access of your client's id numbers does not give you the right to put them on ITC, the worse thing is the fact that I called you, requested call recordings and still no word. </p>

Whit reference to our telephonic conversation, we advised that after investigating your concern, the amount outstanding has been reversed from your account.
We have also escalated our findings to our finance department to assist in removing your name from ITC.
