Bad service provider ever

They called me to offer me a price lock for 24 months and I accepted it...come month end they debited me R1390 which is they charge me 2 subscription,plus a a Disney channel which I didn't join.

The money was returned and I made an EFT of R590.51 which should be my monthly payment now they blocked my account and when I call the call center they put me on hold for 39min for what I don't know...but consultants agree that they see my payment of R590.51 made on the 27th of August but I don't know what's the reason they can't unblock my account....soooo post right now
