This is the worst service I ever had. I took the contract for Explora Ultra Decoder, They installed it after 4 months of asking and asking, I am paying now over a R1000.00 per month with a decoder that is telling me the hard drive is *******, I can not pause, record or forward or rewind and NO HELP FROM DSTV. But we have to pay. I now understand why all the people is leaving DSTV.
