BAD SERVICE ON REFUNDS

on the 1st of march I paid DSTV R295 and R315 ..I have been requesting for a refund since then which i have not receive it till today .I have called so many times no assistant. This is the 2nd bad service I am getting from them .I SPOKE TO NIRVASH STILL NO POSITIVE RESPOND .
