Bad service on account billing, exceeding SLA
I have experienced bad service ever in my lifetime, since I started my relationship with Multichoice from 1997. I have been unfairly debited R2950.00 for two decoders, which are on full channels, after requesting an upgrade on one of them on the 09/07. I have unsuccesfully been taken from pillar to post in order to get refund due to incorrect billing as it was supposed to be R1800.00 instead of R2950.00. After guarantee by Nomvelo Sithole(22/07) that I will be refunded, that has not happened to date. There has not been assistance from Supervisors(Lebohang Maboye{21/07}, Zoleka Bokwe{28/07})to intervene regarding the refund. After more than 15 years since M-net decoders, this is how I'm being appreciated for being your loyal customer, with two decoders in your books with my name. I am shocked and concerned if you check the customer survey/feedback you receive ata the end of each call made to Multichoice. I look forward to a response alternatively, will continue logging this complaint until it is resolved.
