BAD SERVICE OF MULTICHOICE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT AND THE DSTVHELP
Bad service ,I regret every moment the day i sign for price lock,Accounts Department so poor,they have been debiting wrong amounts from November 2018,I have been phoning but no help from them,I endup sending emails and they were promising to call me back but nobody called.on the 1/04/2019 to my surprise i was debited R2499.Ref number for my quiry is ********** .I want to cancel the ****** price lock.

09 May 2019, 16:12I cant believe Multichoice can be so ***********,a big Company like them do have an account Department the is funtional,I am getting tired of this and will report this to management,still debiting wrong amount and that leaves my account with unpaid charges.
