Bad service ( No follow up calls to check if the matter has been resolved)

I am sharing this as an unhappy client. My experience with multichoice has been a bizzare. I lodged so many complaints and none of those issues were resolved. I made gazillion calls to them and I was left helpless. They really care less 😪. We are paying so much money for zerooooo. If not for the lovebof sports then I would have left this mediocre a while back. I hope they can learn to take our money very seriously.
