Bad service must be due to cheap Labour

Cheap labour must be the cause of bad service. Multichoice is a company who collects money from its customers for the service they provide, surely getting more business must then be a very high priority to them, yet when you call Multichoice this does not seem to be the case, the sooner the call center can get rid of you the happier they seem, solving your problem is not there main concern.
On the 28/08/2015 after many discussions with Multichoice staff I decided to install 18 Multichoice decoders in my student rooms on the Hotel package.
At 13h00 on the 28/08/2015 we had finished installing these decoders and then asked for them to be activated.
This is when the paw-paw hit the fan, the call center then said they are too busy and we need to wait 3 days before our decoders would be activated. Wow could they not have told us before we spent our money on this installation.
In my entire live I have never dealt with more *********** people than with the Multichoice call center, I can assure you, never has a director or manager ever called his/her own call center to see the level of competency of his/ her staff.
I know this will fall on deaf ears but I assure you, the moment pirate card
