Bad service Multichoice

I tried calling Multichoice to find out why I did not get my 20% discount that I have been receiving for months. What a disaster. You cant speak to a human. I was told to use WhatsApp. Tried all the optiond but could not be helped. Tried calling again but the options I could choose from was not applicable. What customer service is this from Multichoice they are as bad as some of these insurance companies.
