I called this people to assist me changing my granny's contact details, i understand they cant assist because the person is not here with me, however Siyanda refused to say his surname said he isnt allowed to say his surname, i asked so when i call and need to refer to you what do i do, he said 'SIYA IS JUST FINE, I ASKED FOR HER TEAM LEADER'S NAME, HE STILL REFUSED, What kind of company is this?
