Bad service, less informed agents
I called yesterday 22 December 2019 to activate my new account, the agent confirmed that my old account was canceled and that only one account is activated. I asked if she can load a debit order she advise they don't do debit order runs on a Sunday and advised me to make EFT.
Today 23 December I called to confirm if payment is received and to my surprised I was told I still need to make payment on my old account which I haven't use for years. I spoke to two consultants Manini and Thobisile cela who were so arrogant and put me on hold for no reason. After taking me from pillar to post I was transferred to khayalami who transfer me to Priscilla at cancelation department who advised have been debited n I also made a payment as advised?!
Multichoice staff are *********** and inconsiderate of customer feelings. I want that R412.00 debit order reversed back to my back and I want my banking details to be removed from your system effectively as of today

Why so much admin if the payments are reflecting on your system and confirmed by your agent?
