Bad Service . Insane Fees . Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE

Multichoice , as I'm writing this review I'm so annoyed and disappointed. Last month i decided to change the payment date from the 20th to the 29 and I was charged a Pro rata fee of R278 ,plus R429.00 monthly compact fee and R110 PVR fee ,I made a Payment of R845 on the 30/08/2022 .Yesterday you decided to close the channels then you said I owe R3.50 I then made a payment of R5 then my services were reconnected however the Explorer function is not working . When I called the call center today I was told that I owe R87.53 for what ? . I paid the outstanding balance that I owed now you are telling me that I still owe R87.53 ?? I'm a Compact viewer how can I be paying close to a R1000 for a Compact . I cancelled Showmax and Insurance for the decoder last month and now you want to bill me ,that's insane ..Yesterday I spent R100 worth of airtime trying to reach you guys and today I spent R50 and the person who was assisting me was very rude his name is Luyanda Sithole ,I tried explaining to him that I made the full outstanding payment that was required however he did not even bother listening to me ,he just said he will escalate my query then someone will get back to me : no turn around time .I'm so not happy with Multi choice , I'm even thing of cancelling my Subscription ,Multi choice doesn't care at all about their clients . I cannot be paying over a R950 just for 1 decoder and worst of all its compact not even a Premium . Please fix the PVR errors , I do not owe you guys anything ,I paid what was due . If you cannot reconnect the PVR I swear I will cancel my subscription and My Mothers Subscription ,I will use the money I'm wasting on you guys to buy bread and Fuel or savings .I feel like I'm being taken for granted as a client , I have been a loyal Customer since 2013 till today ,I can see that I'm not appreciated at all . R845 is a lot of money I could have chosen to use this money on something else however I chose to pay the Dish. TCF outcome process was not followed by Luyanda .
