Bad service/ *********** consultants

I called multi choice regarding my payment and I got four useless consultants including a team leader..Sithembiso and Zukiswa , I made a payment however my subscription is still suspended my ref is ***7

Instead the tell me to wait for 10 min it will be reconnected but nothing is 6:00am
