Bad service I'm tired..

MultiChoice I mad payment on my Acc on the 7th April I paid via my bank app Ceptic wich has an option of linking your payment with the registered busines amount paid R650 wich was due in April. Now the issue I have is that my account keeps getting suspended I have made multiple calls to Multichoice to get assistance but no luck I was advised that a case will be escalated I will get feedback in 2/24hrs this I'm still waiting for problem to fixed it sadness me that all of this is not my fault I'm a loyal customer that pays every month with no fail but know I fill like I'm being treated like ****... No No No Multichoice needs to pull up they sox I hope my matter get attend to. I woke up this morning my account is closed know I hve to spend my dam airtime calling dstv to active my account no multichoice please do your job.
