Bad service #i want my refund

Bad service. The consultants don't report the complaints. I asked for my refund it's been 8days instead of getting help I get unexpirenced consultants to are telling me I have to wait for 14days while they told me 7days.they don't give feedback I need to call everytime to ask for feedback. The ppl speaking to us are not even allowed to tell us who we speaking too... They saying they can't disclose their information, where have u ever had a company not disclosing who clients speak to... Something is not right here... I want my refund then cancel my subscription. I am done. They also need to train their consultants becouse this is not any company value to treat clients like this.
