BAD SERVICE FROM WIFI DEPARTMENT

I am a DSTV customer for many years and a loyal one too, but the last 3 months I struggle to get my WIFI sorted out, I can not use my internet and have made many call and complaints BUT still NO assistance. Very bad service that I receive as the problem can not get sorted out on MultiChoice side. Every time they say my issue is sorted but only to find that I cannot use my wifi services
