Bad service from the Live chat consultants

End of April I made use of the live chat and Nthabiseng assisted me, I needed to upgrade my package. First thing obviously is to check how much I will be paying more and then she tell me, I have a pending credit meaning I will only pay end of April 2022. Come the 4th April my account is not active. I go to DSTV live chat, I get Puseletso tell him/her my story but didn't assist me in any way, instead he/she says I must pay R300 that I don't even have, asked if they can check their chats archive so I can validate my story but he/she just told me she can't and then ended my chat without any solution. Very bad service from both Nthabiseng and Puseletso.
