Bad Service from Supervisors

Last year I called to find out how much I should pay in order to free myself from the DPP contract. The lady said R519.26 and I paid R520, after which I called them and they confirmed receipt and I also downgraded to Compact plus. This year I called and spoke to Mimi who told me that the contract was not cancelled and that she would listen to the calls and revert back to me, never did! Then I spoke to Kaitlyn who also promised to listen to the call and get back to me, never did! The last person I spoke to was Boitumelo Malekhutu, promised to listen to the call and get back to me, still waiting. I cancelled the contract on the 1st of January and I’m expected to pay R180.00 cancellation fee which was NOT disclosed to me at the time of cancellation. And I’m also expected to pay rental fee for the month of February even though the contract was cancelled on the first of January. Dstv is just trying to suck every cent from us because they are bleeding customers. ****py service I tell you!
