Bad service from showmax

Showmax just gives you the run around. I have constant emails to showmax back n forth and none of them are fruitful I have asked to speak to a manager and that fell in dead ears. They said they have done a refund and that also has not being done. I have raised numerous issues with them and no help whatsoever i even said i will be putting this on hellopeter and still they dint bother.
