Bad service from pricelock

I have been frustrated to get hold of a consultant to assist me with pricelock application. I have been calling tirelessly and everyone I call sales department I’m told my query has been escalated to the department and should expect the call. However, no one call me. I have called them four times already. I feel they don’t take their customers serious or perhaps the company does not require new customers when I’m being frustrated before I even take this contract.
