Bad service from pricelock

I’m so disappointed with DSTV pricelock. In November I paid my normal subscription of R899 + access fee. So total of R902. I app**** for the R799 pricelock. A new decoder was delivered. On Sunday the 1st I called in to multichoice to activate it,( because I already have the set up as an existing subscriber with premium extra view). The agent I spoke to migrated my account to Pricelock, first deactivated my current subscription and activate pricelock. The account credit was offset against price lock for the remainder of the billing days. The problem started, the decoder couldn’t be activated ,I called in again and they still couldn’t activate it. So they switched back on my normal subscription because they can’t figure out what the problem is, instead I keep getting told that they are escalating and someone will call me, it’s Wednesday today and the problem has not been resolved. The problem again is that my old extra view is not working( which i paid for), and on top of that my account is showing a balance of R1700 which is not correct, coz I can’t be charged twice. For price lock that doesn’t work and my normal subscription. Why would I have two separate subscriptions in 1 house using 1 satellite dish when there is extra view. The worst part is that I have been on the phone with the call center for a total talk time of more than 3 hours, and for some reason the agents i speak to do not speak to the agents that work on pricelock..and I can’t speak to Pricelock either. When I asked to speak to a team leader, I was told they are in a meeting at 7pm, when I could hear the agent explaining the situation to the team leader , who was refusing to speak to me..
