Bad service from Price lock DSTV Multichoice

On the 02/06/2021 I spoke the lady by the name of Ouma who offered me Price Lock. She explained to me how it works and said I will be paying R649 monthly. She said to me that everything will be done for free, the decoder, dish cable and the installer as long as I agree for the price lock of 24 Months. To my suprise I get an sms yesterday saying my monthly instalment will be R1293.00 for the next 24 months. How crazy is that. I never agreed to that amount. Yesteday I made a call and was told Ouma neglected to breakdown small amoutnts that I needed to pay. This is so pathetic , I need help to cancell this nonsense and get back back without damn Prrice lock please help
