BAD SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE

I am so disgusted with the type of service we get from Multichoice. Why do we pay such a lot of money and they are never ready, avialable or willing to call their customers back regarding issues or problems we encounnter due to their own negligence. Can somebody please help because I lost intrest in Multichoice.
