Bad service from Multichoice!!!

I received a call from a Multichoice representative on the 18th of March and I was told that I could get a PVR decoder for R49 per month with a R49 discount! I obviously accepted and to date the decoder has still not been sent! I called again on the 28th of March and was told by Nolu Babalo that the offer was being reviewed by their"Price Lock" department. I waited until the 6th of April and spoke to a lady in the "Price Lock" department that she would listen to the call from the 18th of March and come back to me. It is now the 8th of April and I still haven't received a call back!
