BAD SERVICE FROM MULTICHOICE

I hold on for 60 minutes trying to switch my DSTV off while I am on holiday. I cannot believe how bad the service are. Every time I get hold of somebody they put me through to somebody else, then I hold on for another person and another person.......... Do people not care anymore about the service they are giving?!!!!
