Bad service from Multichoice

I found myself calling Mulichoice call center (Pretoria Branch) and an agent by the name of Sibusiso Khumalo picked up my call, i told him my DSTV feed has been cut off and i made an EFT payment and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] and requested him to assist with reconnecting the feed, he told me he WILL NOT reconnect me as he has to wait for the payment to reflect. his tone was of arrogance and he portrayed a bad attitude, i told him this was not the first time i encountered such a problem and the previous agents were able to assist me immediately once they received the proof of payment. two months ago i encountered the same problem and requested the call centre to rather have the premium debited on my account and they requested my ID number which i provided but to date this has not happened hence i am today having the same problem. Is this the type of service that i pay for every single month????
