Bad Service from Multi Choice
I have a DRIFTA ****le which worked 100% now I get this message:
"Unable to reach the authentication server. Please try again in a few minutes"
The authentication server is down for drifta for Android but not a single person at the call center can help me. I have been trying for at least the last 4 days, the drifter is attached and active on my account and my account is paid in full,
I realy hope some-one is going to answer my question as it seems I am not the only one with a problem. Come On

We do not support Driftas anymore, hence they will not be able to get software updates or use the Drifta app as it is no longer available on the play stores.
When MultiChoice launched its mobile TV service in 2010, the technology was fresh and new. Over the last few years, technologies and standards have evolved as broadband access continues to grow. This has resulted in the supply of our mobile TV devices becoming limited.
We offer the DStv Now app which is available for browsing online or download onto phones and mobile devices to all DStv Subscribers, however viewing of the DStv Now content is available exclusively to DStv Premium, DStv Compact Plus, and DStv Compact PVR Subscribers.
If you have an iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) you can get DStv Now in the Apple App Store.
The Android version of DStv Now is available to download from the Google Play Store.
DStv Now is available at no extra charge to DStv Premium, DStv Compact Plus, DStv Compact PVR subscribers via the DStv Now website, or for download on iOS and Android devices, however data costs apply.
You need to be a DStv Premium, or DStv Compact Plus, or DStv Compact PVR Subscriber, have access to a PC or laptop, or an Android or iOS device plus access to a broadband Internet connection.
